Here is some information you’ll need to know before you plan your visit:

AREA CODES WE SERVE:
You must live in one of our zip code service areas: 75126, 75149, 75150, 75159, 75180, 75181, 75182, 75217, 75218,75227, 75228, 75253, 75043. For financial assistance, you must provide proof of residency. A utility bill from the last 30 days showing applicant name and address or a letter on company letterhead from landlord indicating proof of residency in the last 30 days. You must provide proof of identity. Only a picture ID will suffice, a state driver’s license, state identification,military identification, foreign consulate—issued identification (Matricula Consular).

You must meet income guidelines. Guidelines based on 185% of 2018-2019 Federal Income Poverty Guidelines as outlined below:
